The house and grounds, including the river deck and private river access, constitute the vacation rental.

Rates begin at $150.00 plus tax, per night, double occupancy. Additional guests are $30.00 plus tax per person, per night. Appropriate West Virginia taxes apply (6% Sales + 3% Hospitality).

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pets are welcome--fees apply: $10.00 per pet per night plus a one-time cleaning charge of $30.00.

We request a 50% minimum deposit at the time of booking.

We accept payment by personal check or cash.

We require a 2 night minimum at certain times of the year. Please inquire.

Reservations are recommended in advance, especially during summer and fall.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

A 10% Cancellation Fee applies to cancellations made 48 or more hours before your scheduled reservation, unless rescheduled.

A 20% Cancellation Fee applies to cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled reservation.

A 1-night fee applies to any cancellation made on the scheduled day of check-in.
